The hotel is located halfway between the centre of Munich and the airport in a Business Park. As there is no nearby train station guests must take a taxi ride into town.

The bedrooms are medium in size and are modern decorated with light wood furniture and a pale pastel colour scheme. They are in exceptional condition as are the bathrooms. All rooms in the annexe are similarly decorated like the rooms in the main building but they are larger in size.

The restaurant is adjacent to the hotel bar on the first floor. It is decorated in a modern style with light wood furniture and fabrics in pastel colours. Large windows along the entire length of the room make for a pleasant light and airy atmosphere.
